AASA - Arizona's Academic Standards Assessment (grades 3-8)
AASA is the statewide achievement test. All Arizona public school students in grades 3 through 8 will take AASA in English Language Arts and Mathematics at their grade level.
Computer-Based Tests: April 3-6, 2023 (Complete Writing by April 14)
- Writing prompt and edit tasks will be field tested in a Stand-Alone Field Test, January 24 – February 18, 2023. All schools (Grades 3-8) will participate.
- Grade 3 will have new items for Oral Reading Fluency. This will be administered in small groups.
- Sample Tests will be available in Fall 2023.
AzSCI - Arizona Science Test (grades 5,8,11)
The AzSCI assessment will be administered to students in grades 5, 8, and 11. The test will be computer-based beginning Spring 2018.

ACT Aspire (grade 9)
ACT Aspire is the statewide high school achievement test, which will be administered to students in Grade 9/Cohort 2025.
Computer-Based: April 24, 2023
ACT (grade 11)
ACT is the statewide high school achievement test, which will be administered to students in Grade 11/Cohort 2023.
Computer-Based: March 29, 2023
Make-up days for those students who missed will be April 25-27, 2023.
