COLLEGE COURSES
We partner with our local community college, Yavapai College, to offer concurrent classes. Concurrent classes are taken directly through the college and the student receives both high school and college credit after passing the course. Students must be pre-approved through the counseling office to participate in this opportunity. If approved, students must take an entrance exam, called the Accuplacer, to determine if they are ready for college level work. Student families pay for the courses upfront through Yavapai College, then if the student successfully passes the course with a C or better, American Heritage Academy will reimburse the family the full cost of tuition.

VACTE
We partner with Valley Academy for Career and Technology Education to offer job training programs to our high school students. Students can earn high school credit, college credit, and industry certifications through these programs.
